Henry has a broad range of experience within the commercial and residential property management sectors and formerly headed up the business development team at Braemar Estates (now part of Rendall and Rittner). Henry is retained by a broad range of clients to advise on the management of commercial, residential and mixed use buildings throughout the UK. His clients include developers and banks as well as private and institutional investors.

Paul has extensive experience in the residential and commercial property sectors and has worked on a significant number of development projects and investment deals in the UK. Paul specialises in a broad range of property investment functions including deal analysis, land acquisition, off-plan sales, equity raising, bulk acquisitions and deal structuring. Paul has acted as a trusted advisor and development partner to a number of overseas investors, family offices, and investment funds.

Nicky is Assistant Property Manager at Brunsfield having joined the business in mid 2022. Ever cheerful, Nicky is extremely organised and provides administrative support to the property management team. Nicky lives in Hertfordshire with her family and two dogs.

Junaha is a Service Charge Accountant at Brunsfield. She joined us from Savills where she previously worked in a similar role. She has a broad range of experience in most aspects of service charge accountancy. and is well-versed in dealing with complex buildings and estates with multiple schedules and challenging structures. Away from work Junaha lives in East London and has a young family.

Sam is one of our Service Charge Accountants responsible for the day-to-day accounting of a busy portfolio of properties including receipts, credit control and supplier payments. He is currently studying towards obtaining Chartered Status.

Ahmed is our Concierge at the Hansom Building in Victoria where he is much valued member of the team. He is known for his friendly and helpful approach and even helped to save a member of the public's life who suffered a heart attack outside of the building during the Covid Pandemic.

David is Head Concierge at Magna Carta Park where he oversees resident services. David has formerly held roles at Fairmont Windsor Park Hotel and at the Shangri-la Hotel at The Shard. Originally from South Africa, David lives locally in Windsor with his family and is a sports fanatic.

A Chartered Accountant, Martin is responsible for the financial management of our managed portfolio of properties. He joined us from Audley Court Ltd, a Retirement Homes owner and operator, where he was Financial Controller. Away from work he has a young family and is an internationally ranked tennis player in his age category.

Rahim is Head of Property Management at Brunsfield where he is responsible for the day-to-day running of the property management department. He formerly worked at Notting Hill Genesis and is a Member of the Institute of Residential Managing Agents.

Gerry is Assistant Concierge at Magna Carta Park, where he is an important member of the team. Originally from Greece, Gerry previously worked at The Standard Hotel in London. He lives locally with his family.

Zara has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of our service charge accounts. She is an experienced Service Charge Accountant who joined from an agency background and is currently studying towards full ACCA accreditation,

Max is Senior Property Manager at Brunsfield. He has extensive experience of managing large and complex residential and mixed use estates, currently manages two of our flagship estates, Magna Carta Park and Hornsey Town Hall.

Soraya manages the reactive and planned maintenance across our lettings portfolio, regularly liaising with our panel of approved contractors and tenants to ensure works are completed promptly, effectively and on budget. Prior to joining Brunsfield, Soraya was a Property Manager at Dexters Estate Agents.

Dave is the Estate Manager at Graylands in Sussex where he is responsible for most aspects of the day-to-day running of the Estate. As a former builder Dave is extremely practical and is very hands on in ensuring that Graylands is effectively managed.

Michael is the Estate Manager at Magna Carta Park in Surrey, which we manage on behalf of Royalton Group. A former soldier in The Royal Engineers, more recently Michael was the Estate Manager at RHS Wisley.

Brian is the on-site Building Manager at Halford House, a multi-let office building we manage in Chelmsford. Brian has significant experience in the sector and is an important member of the team.

Kristy is our Lettings Negotiator with responsibility for negotiating new tenancies both for new clients and on our managed portfolio. She is a Graduate of both Goldsmiths and Regent Universities.
