Henry has a broad range of experience within the residential management sector and formerly headed up the business development team for Braemar Estates. Henry has been involved in the management of large and complex residential buildings throughout the UK and his clients have included developers and banks as well as private, institutional and overseas investors. Henry is a graduate of Edinburgh University and a former Infantry Officer, he has a Masters in Property Management and is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management.
Daniel has broad experience in the banking and property industry. He spent 7 years at JP Morgan specialising in leveraged buyouts for private equity clients and was involved in transactions in excess of £2 billion throughout the UK and Europe across a broad spectrum of industries. He has extensive expertise in risk management, financial modelling and debt management. Daniel has 10 years' senior management experience in the residential property sector where he has worked on land acquisitions, development, and asset management. He has a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University.

Paul has extensive experience in the residential property sector and has worked on a significant number of development projects and investment deals in the UK. Paul specialises in a broad range of property investment functions including deal analysis, land acquisition, off-plan sales, equity raising, bulk acquisitions and deal structuring. Paul has acted as a trusted advisor and development partner to a number of overseas investors, family offices, and investment funds. Paul has a degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork and has previously held positions with Brown Brothers Harriman Investment Bank and PA Consulting Group.
