Brunsfield has been appointed to manage The Hansom Building on Bridge Place in the London Borough of Westminster. The building has recently been refurbished and the units sold in Asia, mainly to investors from Singapore and Hong Kong. The building comprises 26 private residential units as well as 15 affordable units.
Brunsfield has been appointed to manage The Clock House, a period building recently converted to residential apartments by BMOR Ltd. The building is situated close to Putney railway station on Norroy Road and has been sold in the UK to a mixture of investors and owner occupiers.
Brunsfield has been appointed to manage 11-13 Breams Buildings, a residential conversion of a period building near to Chancery Lane in central London situated in a conservation area. The residential units have mostly been sold to overseas investors from Hong Kong and China.
We are delighted that Mikaela Greenwood has joined the Brunsfield team as a Property Manager. Mikaela brings considerable experience of managing residential and commercial properties in central London, most particularly in Westminster. Mikaela has managed a number of prominent buildings in conservation areas of Pimlico and Mayfair including the Grosvenor Buildings near to Berkeley Square. She has also managed a number of mixed-use developments including parts of the Sir John Cass Estate in Hackney.
