We are delighted to have been appointed to manage Quayside Tower, a large mixed-use building on Broad Street in central Birmingham by Shantou Invesco Ltd, a private Chinese investor.The building comprises circa 97,000 sq ft of office accommodation and circa 36,000 sq ft of retail space. We're pleased to be teaming up on the management of this building with Pennycuick Collins, the well-regarded Birmingham firm of Surveyors.
