Paul Irwin

Paul has extensive experience in the residential and commercial property sectors and has worked on a significant number of development projects and investment deals in the UK. Paul specialises in a broad range of property investment functions including deal analysis, land acquisition, off-plan sales, equity raising, bulk acquisitions and deal structuring. Paul has acted as a trusted advisor and development partner to a number of overseas investors, family offices, and investment funds. Paul has a degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork and has previously held positions with Brown Brothers Harriman Investment Bank and PA Consulting Group. He has a young family and is a keen footballer.
