Graylands Estate, West Sussex

Graylands is a 50 acre mixed use estate located near Horsham in West Sussex which was formerly a country house with self-contained private grounds. The estate comprises of light industrial, office and residential elements occupied by a diverse range of tenants from a coffee roasting business to a printing firm. Brunsfield manages the estate on behalf of Verve Investments, a private investor and developer.

Retail Parade, Peckham

We manage a retail parade on Rye Lane comprising of several prominent tenants including Bonmarche and KFC on behalf of a private investor. The building has recently undergone a programme of redevelopment and improvement which has required good communication skills to ensure that the businesses have been able to trade throughout uninterrupted.

Offices, Wimpole Street

We manage a Grade 2 listed period building on Wimpole Street on behalf of a private client comprising of two medical consultancies and private accommodation. We are currently undertaking a programme of modernisation including new heating system, works to the façade and replacement of the current fire system.

Halford & Coval House, Chelmsford

Brunsfield manages these two interconnected multi-let office buildings and associated car park in Chelmsford totalling circa 27,000 sq ft, on behalf of a private client. We have been undertaking a programme of maintenance and improvements across both buildings.
